 WARRANTY RETURNS:

Items may have a warranty. Please refer to your invoice from Source Parts Online for the warranty applicable on the item you purchased.

DEFECTIVE/DOA RETURNS:

All DEFECTIVE/DOA items must request an RMA to return product using this website within 5 business days (business days being Monday to Friday) or you will lose your right to return. All items sent to you are serialized, coded and stored. If you attempt to fraudulently return a like part, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

In addition, you have 10 business days (Mon - Fri) from the RMA issuance to return the defective part(s) to us, or the RMA issued becomes invalid, the shipment will be refused and no further RMA will be awarded.

Items returned are tested by our staff of A+ Certified technicians. If the returned item is not defective as stated, or has otherwise been adulterated/tampered or user damaged, it will be returned to you COD and there will be no credit.

If our A+ Certified technicians find the returned part defective as stated, you will be sent an equal replacement part or be credited in the same manner as payment was originally received, at our sole discretion. No authorization will be given, nor are you authorized to return items on Source Parts Shipping Account. If it is determined that the item was damaged due to installation in an improperly working device, no RMA will be issued.

GOOD PRODUCT RETURNS:

(i.e. wrong part ordered, part not needed, etc).

GOOD PRODUCT RETURNS are subject to our approval.

Good product returns must have an RMA filed within 72 business hours of receipt otherwise the item is not refundable.

Good Product Returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee or a $25 service fee, whichever is greater.

Return shipping is always your responsibility under the GOOD PRODUCT RETURN POLICY. By returning the item under this policy you are authorizing us to charge your credit card the return fee. If you paid by another method and return an item under this policy, you authorize us to retain the fee from your refund.

You have 5 working days (Mon - Fri) to return the product to us, or the RMA# number becomes invalid and the shipment will be refused.

Please make sure that your RMA number is visible on your return packaging or the return will be refused.

Parts must be returned prepaid, in appropriate packaging. You are responsible for both the original shipping fee and return shipping. No authorization will be given to return items on Source Parts Shipping Account. Item must be working and in the same saleable condition as originally sent to you.

All Product Returns are subject to the re-stocking fee as indicated above
